Scope of Services 1. Do you process or deliver anything other than USPS and Interoffice Mail? 2. What is the current population you serve? 3. What is your average daily package volume? What is peak daily volume around start of term? 4. What is your average daily letter mail population? 5. Roughly what percent of USPS items are delivered directly to the recipient office rather than through you? 6. If “yes” to (1) above, what is the daily volume of other items? 7. Do you currently have a postal kiosk available to students and staff? How you deliver those services 1. Do you have a central receiving location? 2. Do you staff multiple mail houses? 3. Do you have multiple locations you deliver mail to? 4. Do you have special locations or processes for handling overflow package volume at start of term? 5. What are your typical hours for student package and mail pick-up? Do you have special hours at start of term? 6. What scanning solution do you use to process packages? 7.
